About the Role
Own the performance and growth of an assigned seller portfolio, driving GMV, assortment expansion, and category targets. This role focuses on building senior-level seller relationships, diagnosing performance gaps using data insights, and translating them into concrete growth strategies. You will lead campaign execution cross-functionally, optimize pricing and promotions, ensure platform compliance, and proactively manage risks to sustain a high-quality marketplace ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Own the performance and growth of an assigned seller portfolio, accountable for listings, GMV, and category targets
2. Build senior-level relationships and lead regular business reviews with clear actions and measurable outcomes
3. Diagnose performance gaps using traffic, conversion, and basket data, and translate insights into improvement plans
4. Co-create growth strategies with top sellers, focusing on assortment expansion and market opportunities
5. Advise sellers on pricing, promotions, and listing quality to improve visibility and sales velocity
6. Lead end-to-end campaign execution with Marketing and Operations, from seller nomination to post-campaign review
7. Ensure seller compliance with platform standards and proactively manage risks to maintain ecosystem quality
Requirements
3β5 years of experience in Key Account Management, Partnerships, or B2B Sales.
Background in luxury, fashion, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses is preferred.
Proven track record of achieving growth and revenue targets.
Strong relationship management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into action.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and account ownership.
Fluent in Thai and English; Japanese or Chinese is a plus.
