About the Role

At SASOM, you'll play a key role in growing our marketplace by building and managing relationships with KOLs and creators who inspire our community. From sourcing the right partners to coordinating campaign execution, you'll help deliver authentic content that drives brand awareness, customer engagement, and marketplace growth across fashion, sneakers, luxury, and collectibles. We're looking for someone with experience in influencer or KOL marketing who is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Source and identify KOLs and creators that align with campaign objectives and target audiences.
Manage end-to-end KOL communications, including outreach, briefing, content follow-up, and deliverables.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure campaigns are delivered on time.
Oversee product seeding, gifting, and campaign logistics.
Maintain accurate KOL databases, campaign trackers, and documentation.
Collect, organize, and manage creator content for marketing use.
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future collaborations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in KOL, influencer, or affiliate marketing, preferably in e-commerce or marketplace businesses.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills in both Thai and English.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently while meeting deadlines.
Proficient in spreadsheets and data analysis to track performance and optimize campaign results.
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and external partners.
