About the Role

Own SASOM’s inbound logistics operations across international and domestic shipments, ensuring products move smoothly from sourcing markets to our warehouse. You’ll lead logistics partners, customs brokers, and internal teams while improving delivery performance, shipment visibility, costs, and operational reliability as SASOM scales. We’re looking for someone with 4+ years of logistics, supply chain, or international freight experience, including people or vendor management. Strong knowledge of customs, duties, HS codes, Incoterms, and international trade is essential, along with strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-value products is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead inbound logistics operations across international and domestic shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and smooth warehouse handovers.
Manage and develop the Logistics Operations team, including hiring, training, performance, and operational standards.
Build and improve SOPs for inbound receiving, customs clearance, shipment exceptions, and escalation management.
Manage logistics, freight forwarder, and customs broker partnerships across key sourcing markets.
Negotiate rates, SLAs, and service agreements while maintaining reliable backup options for critical shipping lanes.
Monitor and optimize logistics performance, including on-time delivery, shipment exceptions, and cost per shipment.
Ensure shipping documentation, customs requirements, duties, and import regulations are accurately managed and compliant.
Provide regular performance insights and logistics plans to support business growth and increasing shipment volumes.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or international freight, with 1–2 years in people or vendor management.
Proven experience managing logistics partners or freight forwarders across multiple countries.
Strong knowledge of international trade, import customs, duties, HS codes, and Incoterms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using Excel; SQL/BI tools are a plus.
Excellent English and Thai communication skills, including experience negotiating with international partners.
Experience in e-commerce, marketplace, or high-value product logistics is preferred.
