About the Role
As a Strategy Executive at SASOM, you will develop and execute growth strategies for assigned categories, using customer insights, market trends, and performance data to drive GMV. Working closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams, you'll turn strategy into measurable business impact while helping scale a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned categories to drive GMV and sustainable business growth.
Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitors to identify new growth opportunities.
Monitor category performance and recommend data-driven actions to improve sales and profitability.
Partner with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic initiatives.
Use AI and data analysis tools to improve planning, forecasting, and decision-making.
Support new category launches and strategic projects as assigned by the Team Lead.
Track key performance metrics and proactively communicate insights, progress, and recommendations.
Requirements
1β4 years of experience in Strategy, Category Management, Growth, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to solve business problems using data.
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable working with dashboards or BI tools; experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude is a plus.
Good understanding of digital marketing, sales performance, and customer acquisition strategies.
Strong ownership mindset with the ability to manage priorities and deliver results independently.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and able to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
