About the Role
Own day-to-day inbound logistics operations, coordinating with logistics partners, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Finance to maintain end-to-end shipment visibility. Proactively manage delays, shipment exceptions, documentation, and billing discrepancies to keep products moving smoothly through the marketplace supply chain.
The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in logistics, operations, procurement, or marketplace operations, with strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and a basic understanding of cross-border e-commerce and Thai import customs. You are organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple shipments while solving issues quickly.
