About the Role
As Growth Marketing Lead at SASOM, you'll own user acquisition and retention across all channels. You'll build and optimize our growth engine, running experiments, analyzing data, and scaling what works. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining creativity with data to drive measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
- Own user acquisition across paid and organic channels
- Develop and execute growth experiments across the funnel
- Manage and optimize paid advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok, LINE)
- Build and optimize SEO and ASO strategies
- Analyze user behavior and identify growth opportunities
- Develop referral and loyalty programs
- Collaborate with product on conversion optimization
- Build dashboards and report on growth metrics
- Manage growth marketing budget and forecast CAC/LTV
- Test new channels and stay ahead of platform changes
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in growth marketing or performance marketing
- Proven track record of scaling user acquisition profitably
- Expert knowledge of paid social and search advertising
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data tools
- Understanding of SEO, ASO, and content marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
- Thai market experience strongly preferred
- E-commerce or marketplace experience is a plus
- Passion for sneakers or fashion is a bonus
