Seller Acquisition Officer (Japan)

Drive end-to-end sourcing and onboarding of Japanese sellers across luxury, collectibles, and streetwear categories to expand SASOM’s cross-border supply. This role focuses on building a high-quality seller pipeline, evaluating inventory standards and scalability, pitching SASOM’s Southeast Asia value proposition, and ensuring smooth onboarding in collaboration with internal teams before transitioning sellers to Account Management.

• 1. 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, business development, or marketplace operations
• 2. Strong understanding of resale, fashion, or collectibles markets (Japan market exposure preferred)
• 3. Ability to assess seller quality, inventory standards, and scalability potential
• 4. Clear and persuasive communication skills in English (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
• 5. Highly organized with strong follow-through and ownership mindset
• 6. Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment

• 4. Pitch SASOM’s value proposition and Southeast Asia go-to-market opportunities
• 5. Lead seller onboarding, including account setup, documentation, and SKU submission
• 6. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate onboarding execution
• 7. Ensure smooth handover of onboarded sellers to the Account Management team
