About the Role
Drive growth and strategic partnerships in the luxury segment by identifying opportunities, expanding brand relationships, and developing high-impact business initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Acquire high-value luxury consignors, including professional resellers, Instagram shops, and VIP private collectors
2. Source grail, hype, and investment-grade inventory to strengthen SASOM’s premium catalog
3. Secure exclusive consignment and B2B partnerships with offline luxury boutiques
4. Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of high-demand luxury SKUs
5. Identify supply gaps using market and platform data, and proactively source to meet demand
6. Define and optimize competitive commission and payout structures for sellers
7. Monitor the secondary luxury market and competitors across Thailand and SEA
8. Anticipate resale trends and secure supply ahead of market demand
Requirements
1. 3+ years of experience in Luxury Retail, Business Development, or Merchandising; pre-owned/resale experience strongly preferred
2. Established network of luxury resellers, collectors, boutiques, or brand VIPs with immediate sourcing capability
3. Strong expertise in luxury handbags and watches, including models, materials, production years, and resale value drivers
4. Commercially driven mindset with a clear understanding of how supply quality impacts GMV and sell-through performance
5. Deep understanding of the Thai luxury resale market with the ability to identify untapped supply opportunities
6. Native Thai with professional-level English communication skills
