About the Role
We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead SASOM's marketing efforts and build our brand as Thailand's premier marketplace for sneakers and luxury goods. You'll develop and execute marketing strategies across digital and offline channels, manage our marketing team, and work closely with leadership to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies
- Manage and mentor a team of marketers and designers
- Own brand positioning and messaging across all channels
- Plan and execute campaigns for product launches and sales events
- Manage marketing budget and optimize ROI
- Oversee social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships
- Analyze marketing performance and report to leadership
- Collaborate with product team on user acquisition strategies
- Build partnerships with brands, influencers, and media
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of driving growth through marketing
- Experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle brands preferred
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Leadership skills with experience managing teams
- Strong communication skills in Thai and English
- Data-driven mindset with ability to translate insights into action
- Passion for sneakers, streetwear, or luxury goods is a plus
