About the Role
We're looking for a Product Analyst to help us understand our users and optimize our marketplace. You'll analyze user behavior, measure feature impact, and provide insights that drive product decisions. You'll work closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to ensure we're building the right things.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and product metrics
- Build dashboards and reports for product teams
- Conduct A/B test analysis and experimentation
- Identify opportunities for product improvement
- Create user segments and cohort analyses
- Support product managers with data for decisions
- Track and report on key business metrics
- Develop data models for product analytics
- Present insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with data engineering on data needs
Requirements
- 2+ years of product analytics or data analysis experience
- Strong SQL skills (required)
- Experience with analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)
- Proficiency in data visualization (Looker, Metabase, Tableau)
- Understanding of product metrics and funnel analysis
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
- Good communication and storytelling skills
- Basic Python or R skills for analysis
- E-commerce or marketplace experience preferred
- Curious mindset with attention to detail
