About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Specialist at SASOM, you will own the execution and optimization of performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels. Your work will directly impact user acquisition, buyer and seller engagement, and overall marketplace growth by improving campaign efficiency, conversion rates, and customer retention.
We're looking for a data-driven marketer with hands-on experience in app marketing, attribution, and marketing automation. You are comfortable analyzing performance metrics, running experiments, and making fast decisions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other digital channels to drive user acquisition and maximize ROI.
Manage campaign budgets and performance, making data-driven decisions to improve CAC, ROAS, and conversion rates.
Develop and execute integrated digital marketing campaigns that deliver a seamless customer journey across paid touchpoints.
Analyze and optimize in-app user journeys and marketing automation campaigns to improve user retention and conversion.
Conduct A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, audiences, and landing pages to continuously improve performance.
Monitor campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Requirements

3+ years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok.
Proven experience marketing mobile applications with a strong understanding of CPI, CPA, in-app events, and mobile user behavior.
Experience using Mobile Measurement Platforms (MMPs) such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch for attribution and performance tracking.
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms such as CleverTap or Braze.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, build funnels, and optimize budgets based on performance metrics.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in performance reporting and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
