About the Role

At SASOM, we're building the leading marketplace for authenticated lifestyle and sports products. As a Strategy (Sports) professional, you will own the end-to-end growth strategy for assigned sports categories, driving GMV, assortment quality, and long-term category performance. You'll identify supply opportunities through data, secure high-impact inventory and sellers, build strategic partnerships with brands and distributors, and develop commercial initiatives that improve selection, inventory velocity, and marketplace competitiveness. Working closely with Product and Marketing, you'll help shape campaigns, category experiences, and supply-side growth initiatives that scale both online and offline.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in Strategy, Business Development, Category Management, or Consulting within e-commerce, marketplaces, or the sporting goods industry. You have a proven track record of growing a category or business unit through strong commercial execution and partnership development. You are highly analytical, comfortable using data to uncover opportunities and make decisions, and confident negotiating complex B2B deals. The ideal candidate understands Thailand's sports market, thinks like an owner, thrives in fast-paced environments, and is excited about building scalable marketplace businesses that create value for both buyers and sellers. MBA or relevant Master's degree is a plus.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end supply strategy for assigned sports categories, driving GMV, assortment quality, and sustainable growth.
Identify supply gaps using demand and performance data; secure high-impact SKUs and strategic sellers.
Build and manage key B2B partnerships (brands, distributors, retailers) to scale inventory and strengthen category competitiveness.
Lead commercial strategy, including pricing, take-rate, and seller incentives, to improve inventory velocity and margin.
Drive cross-functional initiatives with Product and Marketing to optimize assortment, campaigns, and user experience.
Launch and manage online/offline sports initiatives to acquire supply and expand category reach.
Monitor category performance and take corrective actions to achieve revenue and growth targets.
