About the Role
Lead the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution, overseeing KOL, influencer, and core marketing functions to drive brand growth and GMV. Develop impactful 360° campaigns, manage budgets, analyze performance, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable business results.
Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the marketing team, including KOL, influencer, and core marketing functions
2. Plan and execute 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels to drive brand growth and GMV
3. Develop creative campaign strategies and mechanics to continuously increase engagement and brand relevance
4. Own budget planning, allocation, and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope
5. Track and analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to meet KPIs and business objectives
6. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Creative, Operations, Seller Relationship) to align and execute marketing initiatives
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries
3. Strong understanding of 360° marketing, covering online, offline, PR, influencer, and partnership activation
4. Excellent skills in creative thinking, project management, and campaign execution
5. Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar performance marketing tools
6. Leadership ability with a team-oriented and results-driven mindset
7. Passion for fashion and lifestyle culture
8. Good communication skills in both Thai and English
