• 1. Authenticate sneakers from major brands including Nike, Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, New Balance, and others
• 2. Inspect materials, stitching, tags, boxes, and accessories in detail
• 3. Use UV lights, microscopes, and authentication apps to verify product authenticity
• 4. Document findings with detailed photos and authentication reports
• 5. Stay updated on new releases and known replica batches
• 6. Train on new authentication techniques and share knowledge with the team
• 7. Collaborate with Operations to process authenticated items efficiently
• 8. Flag fake product trends and contribute to process improvements

• 1. Deep knowledge of sneaker culture and authentication
• 2. Minimum 1 year of experience in sneaker authentication or reselling
• 3. Familiarity with common replica indicators across major brands
• 4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• 5. Ability to work effectively under time pressure
• 6. Good documentation and communication skills
• 7. Strong passion for sneakers
• 8. Experience with CheckCheck, Legit Check, or similar authentication tools is a plus
